Sound Familiar?

Tech trouble shouldn't compete with the message.

Most small churches don't have a sound problem — they have a clarity-and-confidence problem. The good news: that's fixable, and rarely requires a new console.

Where most churches get stuck

  • Mics squeal, the room rings, and nobody knows which knob to touch.
  • The mix changes every week depending on who's at the booth.
  • The livestream sounds muddy even when the room sounds fine.
  • One volunteer holds all the knowledge — and they're burning out.
  • A vendor quoted "$40k of new gear" you can't justify.

What it looks like after we partner

  • Sermons are crisp and intelligible from the back row to the cry room.
  • A repeatable mix — saved scenes anyone on the team can recall.
  • Stream and room both sound balanced, every week.
  • A trained team of 2–4 volunteers who actually enjoy serving.
  • An honest gear roadmap — fix first, buy only what matters.
A Clear Path

From frustrated to dialed-in, in four steps.

Every engagement follows the same simple arc. No jargon, no guesswork — just a plan your team can run with.

Week 1
01

Listen & Assess

An on-site (or remote) sound check: we measure the room, your system, and a real service to find what's actually holding you back.

Week 1–2
02

Tune & Optimize

We dial in gain structure, EQ, monitors, and feedback — then save scenes so good sound is repeatable, not a fluke.

Week 2–3
03

Train the Team

Hands-on coaching for your volunteers on the console you own — plus Planning Center workflows for scheduling and service order.

Ongoing
04

Support & Follow-Up

A written playbook, cheat sheets, and a check-in cadence so the wins stick long after we leave the booth.

Training That Sticks

We don't just fix it — we hand you the keys.

A great mix is worthless if it walks out the door with one volunteer. We train real people on the gear you own, in plain language, so good sound outlasts us.

Livestream & RecordingA clean broadcast mix that doesn't fight the room.
Team PlaybooksStep-by-step booth guides so any Sunday volunteer can succeed.
To find out our system was fine — it just needed tuning — was being responsible with what our people give. Now Sundays sound clear, and our volunteers aren't scared of the booth.

Good Questions

Before you book, you're probably wondering…

Almost never to start. Most small churches are running good gear that's set up poorly. Our first job is to make what you own sound its best — then, if anything's genuinely worth replacing, you'll get an honest, prioritized roadmap with no pressure.

That's exactly who we're built for — churches of roughly 50–250. Our training is designed for volunteers with no audio background, in plain language, on the board you already use Sunday mornings.

We serve churches across Oklahoma. Travel within about 90 minutes of the OKC and Tulsa metros is included on Tune-Up and Partner packages; farther visits are billed at cost and always agreed up front.

Yes. A clean broadcast mix is one of the most common things we fix. We set up dedicated stream routing so what people hear online is balanced — not just a microphone pointed at the room.

You can add standalone training sessions, including Planning Center coaching. That said, training lands best on a system that's been dialed in first — so we'll always be straight with you about the right order.
